PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT/PMO - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years of experience supporting projects, preferably in international organisations in the financial sector
- Excellent administrative skills
- Exposure to vendor evaluation/management would be highly desirable
- Fast learner with a detail oriented work approach
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with the project team to review and complete the requirements document
- Preparing the sample documents from each customer and identifying their "ground truth"
- Defining vendor/product evaluation criteria
- RFI (vendor selection, administrative process, vendor communication) and result evaluation
- Implementing/integrating products (dependent on the product assessments and chosen solution)
