PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To lead, manage and coordinate the implementation of PMO capabilities at PM-Partners clients and in doing so, develop and enhance the relationship and business opportunities therein.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContributing to tender responses.
- Interface with Training and Delivery Practices to ensure cohesion in approach and generation of new business opportunities.
- Develop a compelling vision for PMO implementations ensuring all team members are clear on goals and objectives and are accountable for delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent
- Project Management Certification; PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent

Desirable:

- P3M degree specialisation
- Programme Management Certification; PgMP, MSP or equivalent
- Portfolio Management Certification; MoP, P3O or equivalent
- P3M Maturity Modelling Certification; OPM3, P3M3 or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE:

- Strong understanding of P3M best-practice methodologies and PMO structures
- Good general knowledge of Business Administration models
- Excellent commercial and cross-cultural awareness

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- Demonstrable performance in a project management consulting capacity (internal or external environment; external preferred).
- Experience in project/programme delivery and/or leading a PMO
- Presenting and facilitating at Executive level

PERSONAL QUALITIEScross-functional customer and partner engagement
- Excellent people management and team participation skills - able to recruit, develop, motivate, coach and mentor members of the team.
- Outstanding communicator
- Outstanding influence & presence at all levels up to and including Board Level.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Frequent Travel
- Ability to work remotely
