Project Management Officer (PMO) with Financial Controlling Background

For a longer term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO) WITH FINANCIAL CONTROLLING BACKGROUND (3318)

In this exciting role, you will work within a sub-project of a regulatory program, creating a separately capitalized infrastructure legal entity in Switzerland, with branches and subsidiaries globally. For this role we're looking for somebody with a track record as PMO and with experience in Controlling, preferably in financial services.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Robust Project/PMO experience
- Experience in project financial controlling
- Experience of working on program and project level
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills
- Fluent English language skills, conversational German and other European languages are a plus

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- Perform project financial controlling/overseeing the project budget
- Supporting the project manager in steering and controlling the project
- Monitoring progress, risks and issues, actions, dependencies
- Managing the project roadmap/planning
- Preparing and maintaining program documentation (internal and external communication materials)
- Acting as key contact for the central/global program Management
- Organizing meetings, workshops, town halls etc.
- Taking minutes of meeting and workshops
