On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for a German and English speaking PMO to join the bank. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for Project Management Office tasks on program level,
- Management of all requests coming to team and ensuring that the right experts within or outside the WMP Program take up their tasks
- Oversee the resource and financial forecasting on program level in Excel and OnePPM tool and ensure with program manager the tracking of deviations
- Provide monthly overview of actual efforts versus forecast
- Mastering the budget distribution
- Staff onboarding and offboarding
- Manage the regular program sync-points with the Project Review Board to ensure that the right documentation is timely prepared and handed-in and that obligations are resolved on time
- Assist the Agile Release Train Engineers in maintaining the agile ceremonies, quality and scope dashboards, achievements and impediments/risk reporting and documentation of release plans
- Assist the program manager in creating ad-hoc program reports, Powerpoint slides, business case calculations, contracting and hiring
- Be able to deputize the other WMP PMO members
You must possess:
- At least 6 months of proven track record in managing the resource and financial forecast of a multi-year project or program
- Proven PMO experience
- You possess a good knowledge of financial processes such as accruals, forecasting and budgeting as well as a strong interest in governance and processes
- Strong expertise of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-Fluent German with excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English
