Project Management Officer (Market Supervision Cash "T7" Project), MS Office

Task and responsibilities
•Issue tracking and handling
•Organization of diverse cross-section and department meetings and workshops with respective follow up activities
•Creation, maintenance and review of process documentation
•Creation and further improvement of templates, checklists and matrices
•Planning and tracking of tasks related to preparation and introduction of new trading and clearing systems - in close cooperation with respective project stream leads
•Maintenance of project status reports
•Other supporting activities for the steering committee, project lead and stream leads in tasks directed at successful migration into the new trading system

Mandatory skills and experience
•Experience in project management with examples of successful participation in projects
•Experience in process management
•Experience in document management processing (preferably in Alfresco)
•Ability to organize, communicate and to work in an international and multi-lingual project team
•Ability to adapt to a quick-paced environment with tight deadlines and to ensure timely completion of set targets; stress-resistance
•Communication skills combined with the ability to prepare and present complex analysis/findings
•Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
•Excellent handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Project/MS Visio/MS PowerPoint)
