PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2+ years of experience within the relevant sector/technology
- Any project management certification/education (Prince2, PMP, CGEIT, PMBOK)
- Business and application analysis experience to challenge project managers and teams
- Demonstrate combined knowledge and interest between business and technology
- Good level in using Microsoft Office (including Access), Documentum, EasyDoc, Clarity
- Some experience in some supportive technologies (SAP, Clarity)
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries and/or supported business process would be an asset
- Strong executive reporting and communication skills with an ability to summarize and filter issues
- Leadership experience and excellent in cultivating relationships
- Applicable project/program management strengths in managing large-scale companywide initiatives (and certification)
- Knowledge of SAP cProject is an asset

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Provide functional and technical expertise in the area of Project Management Office:
- Participating to the Project Management Network:
- Ensuring definition and communication of standardized templates and process supporting Project managers.
- Implementing Project methodology like program Management and Agile/Scrum by using a pilot
- Supporting project quality monitoring
- Creating consolidated IT Status Reports for relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to the implementation of the project management tool
