Project Management Officer

The contract is with a large financial organisation in Luxembourg.

The client is seeking a Project Management Officer as follows:

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Project plan creation, maintenance and tracking
Meeting Organisation
Project and Programme document and reporting management
Deliverable management
Proactively support Project and Programme management
Issues, Dependencies, Risks, Assumptions, Decisions management
Communicate clearly and confidently on all above items at all levels within the organisation

Qualifications/Required Skills:

Involvement in projects as a PMO ideally with some limited project management responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
High level of competence in MS Office products (specifically MS Project and Excel, also Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to work and produce good results under pressure within a team environment
Fluent in English mandatory, knowledge of German and French an asset
Previous experience with CA Clarity tool an asset
