Project Management Office (f/m): Bank in Stockholm, Sweden

Project Background:
A group of around 10 members that supports and handle tasks relating to the structured derivatives business.

The role involves contacting constantly with counter parties and internal stakeholders, including tasks such as reconciliations, confirmations, payments and follow-up on request.

In order to be successful in this position you need to have a strong commitment to deliver high performance and an ability to initiate and drive various initiatives. You are a business focused and flexible team player who can initiate, drive and implement continuous improvements.

Your can also organise your own work and take responsibilities. You will work with products and processes that are constantly changing, wherefore we see that you are detail oriented and accurate. We offer you an interesting and highly stimulating work in a vivid environment.

Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience of trading products
- Good knowledge of Excel (macros etc)
- Team player with high level of integrity
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written
- High operational risk awareness due to complexity of products and processes
- General banking working experience, swift payments, accounting knowledge
