- Analyze, plan, set-up and manage the IT-Infrastructure Project
- Set up and manage any necessary pre-projects in the area of email exchange systems for separating user and application access for a big volume of email boxes and distribution lists
- Strong management of external suppliers to change access to email resources by established change control processes in a phased approach
- Arrange for hyper care phases for the impacted business areas with the change process
- Engage with the current pilot project members in designing the project and subsequent activities
- Technologies: MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, IDM
