Project Management Deputy (m/f) - German Speaking role

Scope:

- Assisting the project manager in all related activities to successfully manage and steer the project
- Broad project controlling activities to ensure the work streams deliver on time, in quality and in budget, including but not limited to action tracking, risk and schedule management, budget and deliverables control etc.
- Conducting weekly local project meetings and central programme status meetings
- Frequent planning, updating and tracking of project plan & milestones together with project work streams, as well as monitoring the critical path
- Ensuring consistent end to end methodology and clear handover criteria between work streams
- Frequently communicating project status and overall direction to senior stakeholders in line of dedicated meetings and/or steering committees as well as managing individual expectations
- Project scope management

Skill set:

- Profound expert knowledge of financial accounting and in particular IFRS15 (International Financial Reporting Standard) and IFRS16 and the specifics of IFRS in the mobile telecommunication industry
- Strong communication skills verbally as well as in written language: English & German
- Functional expertise in one or multiple of the following finance areas: revenue recognition, billing, RTR, consolidation
- Profound knowledge of technical support infrastructure for finance related processes, ie SAP FI, Data warehouses, Hyperion Financial Management
- Previous experience in managing large cross-functional finance implementation projects
- In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams (to be of advantage)
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the EVO methodology (advantageous)
