-Define the project work breakdown structure, work packages, project organization, dependencies, milestones and schedule/track project milestones and deliverables
-Estimate, plan and ensure adequate staff allocation (roles, responsibilities, objectives) and resources
-Define and implement project quality assurance in accordance with company standards and practices
-Submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
-Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team/identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
-Develop and deliver regular progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
-Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
-Provide the required reporting and documents to the project steering
-Together with "BuildingGerman skills are a plus
