PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GAITHERSBURG, MD.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Government Program Management (GPMO) group is responsible seeking external US Government funding opportunities for drug development programs within the Company, supporting the execution of associated contracts, helping to manage GPMO-related contracts and supporting the Collaborations Team as needed, including coordinating scientific meetings, social events and managing sponsorships.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, especially taking responsibility for re-occurring meetings. When appropriate, take minutes. Prepare, manage and distribute all reports, presentations and relevant papers.
- Assist with development of monthly technical reports and executive summary for government contracts including coordinating with different functions on drafting technical and contract administration updates for the report; review; circulation for final legal and executive approval.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Technical expertise on gov't contracting with 5+ years' experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Need to be proactive.
- Must be accomplished at project level co-ordination and hold significant experience working with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with managing project planning and reporting grids.
