Project Management Associate II Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE II to join our client in West Greenwich, RI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
- Projects may be strategic in nature, but primarily focused on product life cycle, process improvement, characterization, and technical transfer activities conducted at or based out of the Client's Rhode Island site.
- With guidance, the candidate must manage all aspects of their project(s) including: feasibility analysis, business plan development, scheduling, communication, and coordination of activities from initiation through completion.
- Regularly interacts with management.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS/BA degree in science/technology/business, experience managing projects in pharma/biotech industry.
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and best practices.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Understanding of systems and requirements for effective teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
