PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT-CLOSE TO HILVERSUM 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Project management Assistant for a global SAP implementation based in Close to Hilversum

ROLE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

project administration on track, especially the scorecard and Principal Toolbox

provide and gather the necessary information to secure project quality

proactive support to Project Management

align closely with Front Office PMO

SPECIFIC SKILLS OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

At least 1 -2 years of relevant experience in a project management supporting or similar role within the industry

Hands on experience with Excel

DELIVERABLES:

maintain the risk- and issue log (eg identify the issues and risks to be escalated, update with feedback, etc.)

maintain project scorecards (update project planning, deliverable progress, status reporting, etc.)

support project management in stage gate reporting

onboarding of business resources

maintain demand in Principal Toolbox

assign resources to project codes (in Principal Toolbox)

monitor time registration and chase resources when required

maintain/administer project SharePoint site

reports on CR and defect status in HPQC
