We are looking for a Middle-Senior level Project Leader to join our public sector client based in Ghent, in Belgium on a long term contract.
The ideal candidate must have broad knowledge of the web and also familiar with the publication of websites using a Content Management System (specifically Drupal) and is aware of new innovative features and Web 2.0 developments.
Role summary:
- ensuring an efficient allocation of resources within the scope of a project,
- coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the project,
- leading and motivating the employees and project teams,
- assign project tasks to project staff,
- updating of the status reports,
- timely identification of issues and the monitoring of its administration,
- Initiating, organizing and moderating various project meetings,
- Oral and written report on the progress of the project to the client coordinator, the representative (s) of the client (s) concerned, steering groups, focus groups.
Experience skills:
- Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager.
- The aim is a quick and powerful way to overcome temporary shortages in the staffing of ICT projects and this for performing specific tasks in the field of project management.
- The candidate follows the project on, adjustments where necessary and communicates around the project with all the people involved.
- Knowledge of agile scrum methodology is an asset.
