IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage assigned RFQ and development projects towards committed project targets in terms of timing, cost and functionality
-Establish and maintain project development plans
-Assess, evaluate and communicate project risks and establish mitigation plans
-Lead the project team by defining roles and responsibilities within the project and assigning project tasks
-Responsible for agreeing and approving requirements with regarding stakeholders, e.g. external and internal customers
-Responsible for system architecture, product and design definition acc. to develop process and methods
-Drive und perform reviews

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in electrical or IT engineering or appropriate experience in related position
-Leadership, coaching and negotiation skills
-Ease in relationship building between different functional areas
-Good knowledge of systems engineering, electronics and high frequency engineering
-Basic knowledge of software
-Good English and German language skills, both verbal and written
