JOB MISSION

Manage functional and performance integration of a new product aligned with the product masterplan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Project leader typically manages a team of around 20 worlds best engineers and technicians. Your scope is to integrate a new designed product and own the integration plan. Give feedback on design improvements. Including configuration management combined with deployment in manufacturing and the field. Co-operation cross sectors is essential and you ensure implementation of feedback from testing, manufacturing and operations in the development.

A Project leader in D&E (Development & Engineering) System Integration reports structurally to the Groupleader in the department and operationally to the Product Develpment Manager of the related product.

EDUCATION

Masters or PhD work level in technical engineering with experience or background in integration of complex equipment.

EXPERIENCE

Typically you will have >7 years of relevant working experience within the scope of projects in a complex development environment. We are looking for experienced professionals with ambition to work in a high tech industry and further grow in our organisation.

MUST HAVE:

- Knowledge on system level with focus on system integration
- Organisation talent, experience within stakeholder management and able to communicate on all levels.
