Projektbeschreibung

OBJECTIVE: Looking for a Project Leader to reinforce the bank's application development team and ensure the end to end delivery of projects of various sizes. Manage virtual teams.

TASKS:

Responsible for the end to end delivery of projects, including:
- Writing of comprehensive project memos, allowing the management to take informed decisions;
- Delivery of the project scope on time, on budget, and with the expected quality;
- Monitoring of the expected benefits approved in the business cases.
- Manage virtual teams across various divisions and entities. Your main role will be to coordinate the work between the offshore implementor, the bank's infrastructure team, the package provider and the different Business teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your internal customers, providing advice/guidance, but control as well.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource requirements, costs, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects.
- Define deliverables, assign their production to relevant stakeholders and monitor progress and quality of those deliverables;
- Lead the risk, issue and change control processes for assigned projects and track action items;
- Control and monitor the progress of projects, reporting to the Roadmap Manager and the Sponsorship Committee in the required format and the provision of other reporting as required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Must have: Experience with offshoring and package delivery and must have worked on large complex projects. Minimum 8 years in a project management role or have an equivalent experience in the core activities of the function (ie. plan, control and monitor a project execution);
 ° you will be at ease in managing major and critical projects (at least 3) of more than 3000 mandays, in package implementation;
° Scope management will be key to control the scope and budget between numerous internal clients and the third-party provider;

° Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level.
° Ability to learn quickly in a complex environment and to synthesize the situation;
° Strong negotiation skills, conflict management and influencing skills at different levels of management;
° Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall control and being persistent and assertive in driving tasks to completion.
° Strong ability to manage change;
 Ideally some knowledge/implementation experience of EMC Documentum or similar document management system.
PRINCE 2, ITIL, or similar certification will be a plus.
