Project Leader (m/f) with Experience Order to cash Process

Aufgaben:

· Coordinate and approve go live concepts for Order-to-Cash-process
· Coordinate go live with the different companies of client
· Coordinate workarounds and ensure, that all price items are orderable and billable
· Monitor financial impact for the different workarounds
· Identify demands of different IT-systems for Web Shop 2.0 (buy:order,
different SAP systems (MM), SAP for internal invoicing (SD))
· Identify the needs of different stakeholders within client (different companies)
· Communicate with IT-management of these companies
· Coordinate overall activities on client side

Skills:

· General understanding about order-to-cash-processes
· Understanding of accounting rules for internal billing
· Experience in preparation and organization of GoLive
· Experience as project manager
· Excellent communication skills, either on staff or on upper management level (M)
· At least 10 years professional experience
· Fluency in German and English
· Resilience, adaptability and assertiveness
