PROJECT LEADER IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Project Leader to work within a Global financial organization in Zurich.

THE START DATE IS OCTOBER 2015.

PROJECT TASKS:

Elaborate aligned IT Service Management Model based on business needs (Pilot Asia)

To be elaborated in depth during feasibility
-

Deliverables: Governance, Contract Documents, Reporting, Transformation Roadmap, Define Service Management organization, team and staffing

Describe Interface Business/IT and link to
-

Sound definition of understandable Business Services

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-

Solid Windows Know How and years of experience in virtualisation technology
-

Sound, generalistic banking know-how
-

Experience in Organization/Functional Outsourcing
-

Fluent in German and English
-

Contract Management (incl. SLA)
-

Ability to manage conflicts
-

Substantial Senior Management exposure
-

Leadership skills
