MY DUTIES:

-Build, maintain and innovate processes and tools for DIS DSS portfolio management, resource allocation and project tracking
-Guide DSS portfolio management
-Lead development of DSS prototypes in close collaboration with DIS Customer
-Success, Software Center of Excellence and external research and commercial partners
-Contribute to definition and implementation of the strategic vision of the Data Science and Services within Diagnostics Information Solution organization
-Plan, track and control the budget for Data Science and Services
-Responsible for Data Science and Services communication materials
-Develop Data Services materials for presentation to internal and external Stakeholders
-Scope and assess of new DSS project opportunities People Development and Management
-Lead cross-functional Advanced Analytics and Population Health Science

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Master degree, MBA preferred
-Profound work experience in strategy consulting
-Solve problems in a hypothesis-driven, structured, analytical, pragmatic and End-product focused approach
-Communicate flawlessly and effectively in written reports, presentations and meetings
-Transparent leadership style ensuring that DSS’ strategy, its roles, and responsibilities are well communicated to DSS team members
-Familiarity with regulatory framework and guidelines for Pharmaceutical/diagnostics products
-Ability to work in changing, agile, multinational and multiple location environment
-Fluency in English
