Our client is looking to appoint a Project Leader (Change) to work alongside the Project Manager (Change) to embed lasting behavioural and cultural change. The business now has a requirement to bolster the Business Change Resource and are looking for exceptional individuals
The Project Leader (Change) candidate will have the following Essential Skills and Experience:
*Good experience in a consulting environment, ideally Big4 background
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*Strong analytical ability - must be able to absorb detailed information and bring clarity and insight
*Planning for client workshops, preparing relevant materials, delivering/facilitating and creating the action report or other follow up deliverables
*Strong ability to deliver and follow through.
