PROJECT LEADER/3G/ADSL/BLUETOOTH
THE COMPANY
Consol Partners are currently looking for a senior hardware project leader. The clients are a large global technology company known throughout Europe and the US. The client has been very successful over the last ten years where they have seen a huge increase in user activity. The organisation has been running for over twenty years.
THE ROLE
The work will be based in Antwerp in Belgium. They have a very flexible budget for the right person, but above all they want someone who will be passionate about the project, has a genuine interest in helping the organisation grow and will have innovative ideas to share with the team. The job role is aimed at a very experienced hardware engineer with multiple domain experience.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
- At least 5 years experience in hardware design and development
- Experienced project management with management of outsourced partners
- High-speed PCB design and RF circuitry
- Strong experience and good understanding of ADSL/SHDSL/VDSL systems.
- Hardware design experience with at least 3 domains of 3G/4G technology, PLC, IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN, Zigbee/Z-Wave, Bluetooth and/or 868MHz home-automation technologies
- Aware of the regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surges, ) to be considered
for a design.
