JOB MISSION

Define and deliver global supply chain projects that will satisfy demanding customers and keep our client at the forefront of the global semiconductor equipment market. Using innovative supply chain concepts developed specifically for our client in conjunction with leading universities, you will be responsible for your own projects to ensure the materials needs are where we need them when we need them.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage supply-chain projects involving 5-15 highly educated experts. These projects could include customers, internal departments, suppliers or other supply chain partners; Define supply chain specifications and ensure they are met on time;

Build bridges between various stakeholders including suppliers, departments and customers; Improve processes based on structured analysis and root-cause investigation.

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

Our client produces some of the most complex systems in the world, working against huge time to position market pressures. This department is the world-leading supply chain management organization, responsible for ensuring material availability at factories and customers. To meet customer demands for the latest technologies, employs concurrent engineering, developing systems and supply chains in parallel with system specifications. Many of the components required push our suppliers to the limits of their capabilities, and this department works with them to avoid delays in a supply chain that reaches seven tiers deep - all while being aware that system specifications could change at any moment until the system is shipped.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's or (preferably) Master's in a technical subject, logistics or operational research

EXPERIENCE

>3 - 10 years relevant work experience;

Experience with supply chain processes in production environment (eg production planning Supply chain improvements, supplier management, customer service). Preferably in High-tech industry;

Experience in multi-stakeholder project management in complex business environment;

Experience in working in relationships with suppliers;

Have been part of breakthrough projects.
