Contract periode van 9 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Werklocatie Utrecht.

Start 18/1/16. 36 uur per week.

Max uur tarief is €75 a €80 en onderhandelbaar.

As Project Manager you will manage IT projects in an international Wholesale banking environment. In this role you collaborate with colleagues of various departments and disciplines within the organisation.Your focus is on Corporate Lending (ACBS) and the Asset Based Finance (FinShare) portfolio. You will be responsible for a set of project budgets in this portfolio (1-3 Million Euros).
Since you are a key player within various groups of stakeholders you are able to build and manage an effective multi-disciplinary Agile project team; consisting of end users, product owner, colleagues of the same department (IS&D), colleagues of the department of IT Infrastructure, vendor/integration partner resources, As a team player you know the needs of your team members (4-15 people) in order to coach and train them.

You coordinate project resources throughout all project phases, in agreement with line management and/or the other project managers.
With your pro-active attitude you will make sure that you monitor required quality and expertise in an appropriate way. You will prepare decisions, in line with the reporting standards (set by the department and the Program Management office), to be taken to the Project Board/line management. More concrete you will manage all project phases that include: setting requirements, design, building, testing, implementing, and rollout applications/systems, followed by aftercare, project evaluation and project progress reports.

Since you will be the primary liaison between all stakeholders a strong focus on customers' needs, as well as on results and delivery, is needed. On the other hand your focus is on risk
. MUST: Proven to have successfully managed projects with a budget beyond 1 M€ and a team more than 8 people;
. MUST: Significant experience in successfully applying the Prince2 method (Prince2 practitioner);
. MUST: Proven experience with applying Agile practices in projects (OpenUp, Scrum master);
. MUST: Working knowledge of English and DUTCH (verbal and written).
Knowledge of and/or experience with the following is preferred:
. PRE: Experience with Vendor management in projects;
. PRE: Relevant experience as a project manager in an international environment.
