OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA/PROJECT:

The data collection team collects required data and information, which is necessary to fulfil agreed timelines and commitments of the litigation projects towards the authorities. In scope for data collection CH are any kind of data and information (structured, unstructured and special cases) that are related to and located in Switzerland. This position is integrated into a dynamic and motivated team of internals and external consultants with the opportunity to work independently and have its own area of responsibility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible all communication and stakeholder management aspects for the Data Collection Team
-

Act as a disciplinary cross function between three collection streams
-

Capturing and tracking requests and facilitate the information flow to assess new requests and resolve issues
-

Ensure operational reporting of team activities and request processing
-

Ensure and challenge the delivery of work packages with the data analysts (approach, timing, result)

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

-

University degree or equivalent (in economics and finance)
-

5 years plus of relevant work experience in project management
-

Knowledge of Company's systems and processes
-

Experience of working in or exposure to audit, compliance or highly regulated and sensitive areas
-

Proficient ability to manage stakeholders with different seniorities and from different areas
-

Strong ability to cope with pressure, motivation and high degree of flexibility
-

Strong sense of ownership, works independently, is proactive
-

High client- and service-orientation as well as attention to detail
-

Proficiency in English and German

Desired:

Experience in data management

Sound knowledge of Financial Products and Private Banking processes

Other language skills would be an advantage

Very good analytical and problem solving skills

Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in use of all MS Office applications
