Project Lead - Active Directory GURU

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the Elevated Rights process
- Participate/lead IT Review Committee meetings
- Provide oversight on open requests
- Review current management model Elevated Rights process documents
- Identify gaps in the process
- Develop and document process improvements
- Develop process documentation (System Notebook)
- Utilize the company's Management Model update process to approve and implement process improvements
- Track and trend results pre and post changes on a monthly status report
- Develop transition document of the process
- Participate in the HR system consolidation project with respect to the Time Driven Disable and Delete (TDDD) process. This process requires the identification of interfaces, impact of documented process changes and remediation required to the TDDD process to maintain a consistent user-id disablement work flow.
- Participate as the Operational Security Subject Matter Expert on the Activity Directory restructure project. This project will be guided by the company's Active Directory group.
- Gain an understanding of the company's policy documents governing Active Directory (AD)
- Participate in the review of current support processes of AD maintenance
- Assist in identifying gaps in the current process
- Assist in generating current AD shortcomings that should be remediated
- Assist with process improvement implementation
- Review integration with the Elevated Rights removal process (HR Out Processing) and Identity Access Management
- Track and trend pre and post changes. The goal of this project is to successfully resolve current gaps in maintaining elevated administrator rights through the quarterly review requirements.

Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. - Performs system backups and recovery.
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.

SKILLS

Must be Operational Security Subject Matter Expert on Activity Directory.
