PROJECT LEAD/12 MONTHS/ANTWERP, BELGIUM
Project Lead (expert in the execution of ICT projects for the Urban/City developmental unit) urgently required for initial period of 12 months to be based in Antwerp, Belgium.
In this position as a Project Lead you will work on several already running projects. The main focus is on:
- the study and implementation of the steering and planning instruments of the Public Sector
- project lead and providing feedback on areas of expertise
- digital building permits
- Implementation environmental permits - creating a GIS portal for Environmental Permits
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating automating projects
- Manage budgets of projects
- Leading one or more project teams
- Managing the analytical assignments for 'own developmental' projects
- Organising meetings internally and externally with clients
- Coordinating and execution of specific activities within Purchasing according to current legislation
- Process modelling
Required skills
- Thorough knowledge of the administrative processes within the Public Sector
- Thorough knowledge of the administrative processes concerning building permits
- Thorough knowledge of GIS
- Thorough IT knowledge and experience relating to several of functional areas concerning the public administration
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as
- Good knowledge of Cognos v.8, Oracle, ROL2000, Planon and Office tools, MS Project in particular
