The Project Lead is required to lead and coordinate a range of projects on behalf of the ITI&SD department. As Project Lead you will be required to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to enable change to be delivered effectively on behalf of Xoserve.

As someone who has demonstrated experience working with a variety of project methodologies, you are a collaborative team player, and a good project manager who prides yourself on your abilities to lead, coach and interact with stakeholders at all levels which has earnt you a reputation as someone who is a trusted adviser and expert in your specialist field. You have established this reputation through the successful delivery of multiple complex projects, highly developed interpersonal skills, a well-developed commercial acumen and an open communication style that gets results.
