Project Information Manager/Delivery Control Manager for Shipping Documentation (m/w/d)

For an interesting project we are looking for a Project Information Manager/ Delivery Control Manager for shipping documentation.

Your tasks include:
+ Set-up and implement a project specific Supplier Information Delivery Process for Shipping documentation
+ Support, control and expedite the due provision of related qualified shipping documentation according to Russian requirements
+ Align necessary mitigation measures with Project Management, engineering discipline and supplier.

+ Familiar with Russian Documentation requirements (Passports, MDRs, TR CU Certificates (-010; -012; -032 ), Calibration Certificates (Poverka, Pattern Approval ) and Justification of Safety (JoS)
+ Basic technical knowledge about typical process plant components
+ Business fluent speaking and writing in English, good command of Russian language would be an advantage
+ Familiar with IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) , ideally knowledge in Documentum and SAP ERP
+ Experienced in general reporting to Project Management
