Project Engineer Service New EMS French/Dutch/English 6 months + extension - Brussels
A company based Brussels is currently looking for Project Engineer Service New EMS who speaks French, Dutch and English.
Context:
In order to replace the current Energy Management System (EMS) my client is looking for a Project Engineer Service.
This includes systems for Real Time monitoring, control and management of the grid of images (onelines) linked to it, as well as the associated databases.
The management of databases and onelines are done through programs that are provided by the supplier of the system.
Daily duties:
After attending a training course on the scope of the project, the tools and guidelines used in the data migration:
Daily analysis and treatment of technical changes to the grid via custom-made tools.
Preparing adjustments to the schedules in the new EMS system.
Supporting designers and operational teams to carry out the changes in the new EMS tool for image management.
Quality control, validation and monitoring of the guidelines to follow.
Contact and expert for the image management section of the new EMS.
In periods of high workload itself perform image adjustments.
help support the technical commissioning of the EMS Through other ad hoc assignments.
Participation in the stand-up and team meetings where the daily progress of the project is discussed
Skills Required:
-Master of Industrial Sciences - Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
-Knowledge of Real Time dispatching and high voltage environments is an asset
-Easy to learn and use of unknown, highly specific IT tools
-Sense of analysis and synthesis, dynamism and problem solving skills are essential
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Accuracy and quality awareness are a must
-Listen competitive and customer-oriented
-Ability to work independently and in a team in a multidisciplinary project
-Quick to anticipate and respond to critical problems and tasks.
-Knowledge of standard office tools. Optional knowledge of MS Access, SQL, VBA and/or JIRA is an asset.
-You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
-You are available to start in August!
