IHRE AUFGABEN:

-AME planning of equipment, operators and material flows for a mechanism from planning till SOP
-AME SDT team member
-Assist in the equipment launch in Hungary (Mezolak)
-Assist in the teamwork AME planning in Germany
-Layout planning and material flow planning (no software simulation tools needed)
-Creation of process flowcharts
-Working in SDT (simultaneous engineering teams) within engineering, quality and costing experience

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Metal know-how in assembly (riveting, thread fastening and manual assembly) or laser welding (design restrictions, process limits, tolerances etc.)
-P-FMEA methods (not as administrator)
-Feasibility consulting of manual assembly obligatory
-Elemental time methods (MTM UAS) or REFA experience
-Planning and procurement from production lines (plant environment, production line logistics, equipment, fixtures, gauges etc.)
-Experience in launches (metal not obligatory) in the automotive business
-profound experience in AME (or manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, production planning, production engineering, process engineering) for metal parts
-English and German language skills
-Car driving license and willingness to travel (e. g. Hungary)
