Project Engineer Job

PROJECT ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Millsboro, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Engineering; Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Technical and/or project (CAPITAL) management experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides technical support to Production and other site departments as needed for troubleshooting, repairs and process optimization.
- Manages internal plant capital projects as assigned, including scope development, estimating, budget, scheduling, and change control and project management of design, construction, commissioning and validation support.
- Manages contractors as required, including construction trades, calibration and maintenance.
- Develops and maintains Maintenance SOP's, including preventive maintenance and calibration.
- Maintains facility design and engineering documentation including proper change management techniques.
- Develop and implement various validation protocols and technical projects requiring knowledge of validation, engineering, and/or the physical sciences.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 (FIVE) years of technical and/or project management experience including experience with GMP or VMD/USDA in a regulated industry.
- Aseptic and Biotech manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Building Systems or utilities.
- Experience with equipment and aseptic processes in prep/fill/finish operations in the biotechnology industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Project.
