Yoh has a 24 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for a PROJECT ENGINEER to join our client in LITTLE ROCK, AR.

KEY SKILLS: Prior experience in development of written testimony for filing with Public Service Commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Staff Augmentation support, TO ASSIST THE TRANSMISSION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT with development of written testimony, FOR FILING WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (PSC), for NEW SUBSTATION PROJECTS and all TRANSMISSION PROJECTS.
- Provide assistance to client attorneys with the filling out of applications for submittal to the PSC. Testimony would be written in Question and Answer format on behalf of client supplied expert witnesses.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four to six (4-6) years of work experience in similar projects.
- Engineering background.
- Expertise in gathering requirements and other processes to aid written testimonies.
- Good writer and someone who grasps the 3 topic areas associated with the projects:
- Planning Engineers statement about need for the project.
