Project Documentation Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Maintain the document register and ensure documents and data to be up to date
-Timely delivery of project documentation
-Ensure smooth communication and good relationship between the company, vendors and clients
-Perform preliminary quality check of documentation, prior to filing and/or transmitting
-Receive and register and distribute documents received from various groups
-Expedite missing or incorrect vendor documentation and expedite missing document approvals
-Liaise with documentation specialist to establish optimal way of organizing project documentation and with documentation specialist to identify what preliminary checks can be performed to improve document quality ahead of transmittal
-Liaise closely with project manager to identify expediting scope
-Use the the company application to manage the expediting of documents (PDC)
-Follow-up of document submittal dates (both internal and external)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Technical background is beneficial
-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowlege of MS Sharepoint
-Mandatory english language skills in spoken and written form
-German and/or Spanish language skills are beneficial
-Persistent, enthusiastic and pro-active way of working
-Diligent and committed working attitude
