Project Development Engineer - Contract - Bristol

Huxley associates are currently looking for a Senior Project Development Engineer on a 6 month contract in Bristol. The client has experienced a recent expansion and increased investment in New Product Development. There is a vacancy for an ambitious senior engineer who is capable of overseeing a small team of designers. The role with will working in the options department, working with customers to modify existent products. Essential: - Process industry background e.g. chemical process - Knowledge of pumping systems - Experience of pumping systems - Understanding of HAZOP - Strong Engineering background. - Min 5 years experience as a project lead - Ability to perform engineering calculations and basic FEA in support of the design. - Understanding of Piping and instrumentation diagrams and system schematics - Experience of FMEA, HAZOP, DFMEA and other design and risk analysis techniques This is an urgent role for Huxley Associates as interviews are happening now with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
