OUR CLIENT SEEKS A STRONG PROGRAM COORDINATOR FOR A LONG TERM CONTRACT WITH SCHEDULING, MS PROJECT AND STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS.

YOU WILL HAVE BUDGETING AND FORECASTING EXPERIENCE FOR THE PROJECT PREPARATION PHASE ONWARDS.

SAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS HIGHLY PREFERRED ADVANTAGE.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PHASING WITHIN MS PROJECT

KEY SKILLS

- Highly experienced Project Coordinator with a focus on application support, network management and systems training.
- 3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator.
- To have utilised tools to manage projects such as MS Project to maintain risks, issues, change requests, status reports, resource management and finances, depending on the company.
- Strong time management and prioritising skills, able to juggle multiple tasks while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Supportive and dependable team player, with supervisory experience and the ability to work independently.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a caring personality, enhancing excellent people skills

KEY MILESTONES

PROJECT COORDINATOR being responsible for program or projects details in MS Project which covered creation of dashboards, maintained issues, risks, resource demand, update staffing profiles, status reporting, approval of timesheets and project closure.

TO HAVE LEAD THE PLANNING PHASE OF A PROJECT, establishing resource requirements, briefing technical contractors and updating all stakeholders
