6-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)

PAY RATE:  $23/hr W2

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

- Perform ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) reconciliation

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AND MAJOR DELIVERABLES THAT ARE DESIRED:

- ESRD reconciliation is a monthly review of ESRD variances between company's membership system and CMS (the government agency that oversees Medicare). 
- A monthly reconciliation of ESRD variances is required by the government and health plans must attest each month that the reconciliation occurred.
- Ensuring members have the correct ESRD status ensures they receive accurate benefits. These members receive renal dialysis and appropriate health care is critical.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

- Review ESRD variances and resolve the variance either by updating the membership system or submitting a change to request the government (CMS) updates their system.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Researching ESRD variances
- Updating membership system with correct ESRD status
- Submitted requests to government to update CMS system
- Learning and understanding ESRD rules

REQUIREMENTS:

- BA/BS degree required
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, root cause analysis required
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter, quick learner
- Ability to work in a team environment
