Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced CHANGE MONITOR/PROJECT COORDINATOR (DRUG SAFETY LABELLING) on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel (Switzerland).
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Planning, monitoring and escalating the implementation of milestones:
- Creation and distribution of compliance reports
- Review, evaluate and accept or reject business processes
- Maintain data for milestones in the global tracking and reporting tool (Safety Labelling for Drugs)
- Serve as main business contact
- Prepare and update SOPs
- Support business and IT projects
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Computer, Technical or Pharmaceutical Science with experience in Business
- Experience in the pharmaceutical Industry (more than 3 years required),
- knowledge of regulatory, manufacturing nd supply chain processes
- IT (SAP, Oracle Agile, etc) and communication skills
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Fluent English mandatory
