Project Coordinator Manufacturing - Cologne & Russia

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Manufacturing for Cologne & Russia

Tasks:

- Implementation Lead will coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (Controls, Process, etc.), 3rd party integrators, IT Application teams, plant production personnel, hardware installers, and network planners to integrate, launch, and prove out plant floor applications to support key Manufacturing build dates.
- Other required functions include maintaining project plans, coordinating team assignments and tracking progress, tracking issues/risks and escalating as required, creating and resolving change requests.
- Must be able to function well in dynamic plant floor environment while maintaining IT process disciplines. Will need to quickly come up to speed on the IT applications so as to communicate effectively with plant and business resources as well as team subject matter experts.

Technical Skills (Must Have):

The Implementation Lead MUST have experience and skills in the following: .be able to work with Manufacturing Engineers (Controls, Process, Gauging, etc.) in a new model launch environment to coordinate the work of IT application team, 3rd party integrators, hardware installers, network planners, and plant production personnel to integrate, launch, and prove out plant floor applications to support key Manufacturing build dates.

English oral and written - Experience as team lead, experience building and maintaining team spirit and morale.
- Experience maintaining scope and timing in the face of sometimes opposing customer demands
- Strong self-starter
- Effective at multi-tasking with minimal direction
- Demonstrated strengths in organization, problem solving, negotiating win-win agreements and details and follow-ups
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements.
- Willingness to travel major part of the time to Russia

Skills (Nice to Have):

- Russian language would provide better communication locally
