Project Coordinator (HR System)

Projektbeschreibung

PROJECT COORDINATOR with experience on HR SYSTEMS required for SHORT TERM CONTRACT with PUBLIC SECTOR organisation in EDINBURGH.

Your role is to:

- Compile and co-ordinate data, reports and statistics
- Develop and maintain HR information systems, enabling the production of relevant management information.
- Co-ordinate communications, allowing timely submission of papers to committees on behalf of Director of Workforce and Depute Director of HR.

The Project Coordinator will be an integral member of the Project Team, supporting the HR Business Partner (Operations) and workstream leads with a range of activities to implement the workforce system across the company

The postholder will ensure tasks and project activities are delivered in accordance with agreed processes and timescales and that the expected outcomes are delivered to the appropriate level of quality.

Duties will include:

- Develop and maintain HR information systems
- Coordinate the production of data, reports and statistics
- Represent HR Directorate on specific work streams

Experience required:

- Previous experience working on an HR Information System
- Experience gained in a complex multi-project environment
- Process mapping
- Documenting procedures
- Advanced Excel skills
- Developing training materials and communication materials
