PROJECT COORDINATOR DALLAS, TX 5 MONTH CONTRACT

Project Coordinators will be responsible for the scheduling of all migrations and interfacing with the LPL TME migration team to provide the required schedule and Advisor Office Data required for migration execution. Project Coordinators will work with the Lead Program Manager to understand the overall project schedule and communicate schedules to the Lead and Coordinators with order and target dates for data collection. Project coordinators will create migration schedules based on determined constraints and communicate the migration lists to the LPL TME migration team via the workflow management tool for migration execution.

OVERVIEW:

- Create a detailed office-level schedule based upon location deployment order, user grouping within locations (eg floor or building), user application requirements and application readiness, and other user and business variables.
- Work closely with Support Lead to facilitate user reschedules.
- Utilize migration workflow management tool for data input regarding schedules and issues.
- Finalize migration schedules with the cooperation of MCC Lead.
- Interface with end users and/or technical support teams on matters as needed.
- Attend and contribute to routine status meetings to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Follow workflow and escalation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
- Experience working with work flow software tools, such as SharePoint
- Analytical and process driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
- Proven ability to prioritize and evaluate competing criteria based on an established set of rules
- Good understanding of technological and business issues that affect users
