Project Coordinator

Yoh has an immediate six (6) month contract opportunity for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our client in Wayne, PA. This contract opportunity has the possibility of being extended.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Coordinator will work onsite at our client's location supporting an Oracle project. This is a position that will go through the end of the year at minimum, but could likely go longer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Position will support Program Manager and Engagement Leader.
- Will play a key role in assisting in project business, schedule and budget objectives.
- There is huge exposure on this project as it is being overseen by the Executive Board.
- PROJECT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT - It is the project coordinator who is to be the expert on documenting and maintaining the project schedule.
- COORDINATE PROJECT MEETINGS AND STATUS REVIEWS - Maintain project management calendars and meeting schedules. Document action items and follow up on the approved action plans. Prepare minutes and presentations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, ambitious and able to take initiative, as well as be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Project (expertise in other Microsoft Office Suite applications is a plus)
- Experience working with Change Management is a plus
- Rudimentary training skills are a plus
