Project Coordinator

We have an immediate position available for a Project Coordinator to join one of the Australia's largest financial institutions. This position sits within IT Services, with broad exposure across many different business groups, therefore it offers variation, a fast paced delivery focused culture and the chance to obtain numerous new skills.

The purpose of the role is to provide project support services to internal teams, working in a highly collaborative team environment to deliver solutions. Responsibilities vary, but you will be expected to support Project Managers and Business Analysts on an ad hoc basis, to help scope, schedule, identify risk, test, deliver and close down, you will have exposure to the full project life cycle.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Project Officer or Coordinator, preferably with a financial institution and with exposure to infrastructure delivery.
- Cultural fit is imperative; this person must be hard working, personable, outgoing and be able to work with multiple stake holders and business groups.
- Immaculate communication and presentation skills.MS Project, Visio and Powerpoint experience highly preferable
- 2+ years IT Project Coordination experience
- Worked across 3+ concurrent Infrastructure projects
