Project Coordinator

MATERIALS PROJECT ASSISTANT NEEDED TO SUPPORT FORECASTING, ORDERING, AND ALLOCATING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROTOTYPES.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will manage prototype ordering and distribution for the PSI (Platform Software Integration) Android team. The Project Assistant/Coordinator will work closely with PSI Project Managers, project teams, factory planners, and lab managers to ensure the right prototypes are delivered to Software Engineers at the right time to meet project schedules. Responsibilities include assisting in the generation of demand forecasts and schedules, driving demand calls with staff and program managers, placing orders, communicating allocations, tracking/reporting deployments and resolving issues as they arise. The Project Assistant will work with PSI Operations and business partners to improve and document the prototype processes. Work is performed in a fast-paced, global, dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Project Coordination, advanced experience required
- BUSINESS ANALYST, intermediate experience
- Data Analysis, advanced experience
- DOCUMENTATION, intermediate experience
- MS Office Suite, advanced experience
- Must attend team meetings outside of normal business hours, once a week on average
