PROJECT COORDINATOR - PLANO

IMMEDIATE HIRE for a Project Coordinator/Administrator with enterprise level environment experience.  This is a 12+ month contract position (option to extend) located in North Dallas, TX and will be on site two days a week and remote three days a week. Qualified individual will have a professional demeanor and be business minded with exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.

DUTIES:

- Monitors and reports on project expenditures versus budget.
- Develops budget and expenditure forecasts.
- Maintains up to date register of project staff, their contract terms ( rate, agency,start/finish dates).
- On-boards and off-boards staff as appropriate with regards to registration in systems, obtains computers, system accesses, badges, etc.
- Able to summarize project status report data.
- Reports project and program status into the various corporate reporting systems as required.
- Maintains documentation of processes and procedures.
- Verifies that project documentation standards are being maintained.
- Manage Sharepoint information database to include ensuring that documents are being entered as required as well as managing structure and access privileges.

REQUIRED:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a project coordination/administration role.
- Skilled in use of PCs and Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and Visio.
- Able to work with people across multiple time zones and countries.
- Experience in working with budgets and financial data/analysis.

EDUCATION:
4 year degree preferred.
