Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing various aspects of business projects.
- Project planning and design, implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring, through formal project management practices, that the final product meets the original project requirements.
- Perform functions in support of project management.
- Monitors project schedule and reports to appropriate internal clients.
- Stores project artifacts, builds knowledge libraries, manages issue and risk updates.

Provides clear concise communication within project team - Assist program managers/project sponsors with the projects and programs that they manage
- Coordinate performers, resources and calendar of expectations to ensure successful completion of projects
- Track/monitor milestones and deliverables based on established project plans.
- Prepare updated project schedules, project plans, issues, and other required documents
- Ensure the established/approved processes for the Work stream are being utilized.
- Identify risks to on-time, on-budget performance within scope of responsibilities.
- Manage communications within the program to internal stakeholders and project team members

QUALIFICATIONS

- Some financial services industry experience
- Some exposure to agile concepts preferred

SKILLS

- Exposure to formal project management methodologies; Project Coordination Tools: Demonstrated ability to use tool sets
- Software tools: Moderate experience with MS Office suite; 1-2 year of project coordinator experience
