Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator seeking your next challenging role starting in the New Year 2013?

Due to increased growth and multiple projects requiring delivery, our client, an ICT solutions provider, is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team!

You will be working within a busy project team to ensure all project deliverables are met and expectations exceeded in every instance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Manage and work with internal technical delivery staff to ensure projects are delivered within the expected customer timeframes to the customer and UXC Connects satisfaction. (Time, cost and quality)
- Liaise with Telecommunication Providers and internal hardware logistics staff to ensure hardware and services are delivered within expected timeframes.
- Liaise with peer customer contact points (Project Coordinators and Project Managers) to provide updates and align project delivery activities with overall plans
- Track project financials and take accountability for escalating any exceptions against expected target

To be a successful candidate, you will have 2 + years experience in a similar role with an understanding of Telstra Carrier Services and Cisco Routers and Switches/Similar Hardware

You will also have an understanding of Networking Infrastructure Topology and Project Coordination Works Involving Small Site and/or User Relocations

PLEASE NOTE: Your own transport will be required for this role and locations will be split time between Parramatta and Macquarie Park.
