Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit a Project Controls Manager for a contract role on behalf of a client.

The Client:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

The Job:
An integrated, accurate and timely control solution across all levels the Naval Program scope of work and alignment within NAVAL SHIPS North and South ensuring compliance with Naval Ships BMS, LCM best practice and the QEC alliance processes and procedures across, but not limited to, the following areas:
MWAP reporting
RISK/OPPORTUNITY management and analysis
BCR, ECR coordination and approval.
Site and office timekeeping and administration.
Milestone management and reporting.
Define and upkeep of the PMP. Specific QEC controls procedures related to controls.
IBR coordination and delivery.
Definition of the change management strategy on QEC including the control, coordination and coherency of change and the Change Management process across the Naval Ships scope (North and South) including the timely dissemination of data to best meet the build schedules extant at the time ensuring the least cost of change to the business and programme.

Key Accountabilities:
To embed Naval Ships business cycles, processes and techniques into the end to end BMS for Controls and Change.
To provide the business with data and reports at all levels that allow the Project to deliver success safely in support of and exceeding cost, quality and schedule targets.
To Manage the performance of their teams based on customer satisfaction surveys, balanced scorecard and PDR deliverables. To manage in detail the improvement of individuals incorporating Skills Matrix, PDRs, Succession Planning and NVQ Process
Deliver continuous improvement through use of the lessons leaned process and encouraged and encouraging to seek out innovative solutions

Qualifications:
HND/Degree (Desirable) or equivalent experience
