Project Controls Lead

Projektbeschreibung
Our global pharmaceutical client, based in central Switzerland, is currently undertaking a new build project. They are building the project team for the full life cycle of the project and need experienced and confident individuals to build the project lead team.
LOCATION: Central Switzerland. Travel required.
DURATION: 12 months, project duration 2-3 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead & Manage all facets of the Projects Cost Control group ensuring the project is managed, reported, forecasted and delivered within the project budget and cashflow constraints. Develop comprehensive project budget.
- Manage & monitor the Project Scheduling process from Level 1 through to Level 3 via AE House & CM Company and their subcontractors & partners ensuring project is delivered within the baseline project schedule.
- Lead the Project Risk Management exercise throughout the project life cycle
- Lead & Manage project document control process
- Lead & manage the overview of all Client and AE/CM company commercial & contractual activities relating to the Project including reporting
- Procurement Oversight in line with Client processes, due diligence and policies including audits
- Establish all Project Control strategies, processes & procedures
- Oversight of Project Management Office
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive and broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working in an international environment on a variety of expansion and new build projects.
- Experience leading a Project Controls team on large engineering or new build project.
- Previous experience of budget management, project reporting, project scheduling, risk management, document control and supplier management essential.
- Open minded and flexible individual who enjoys working with new technologies and strategies.
- Confident and proactive attitude, able to drive and motivate a team.
- Solution orientated approach
- Excellent communication skills to build internal team relationships as well as internal and external stakeholder management.
